Whisper Creek Youth Bow (HELP)

My stepson's father bought him a whisper creek bow about a year ago and lost the user guide. I can't make heads or tails on how to adjust this thing and have not had any luck on being able to contact whisper creek. The link goes to ebay?? Did they go out of buisness? If anyone has any info about this it I would be much appreciated.

trying to adjust the draw length...I have not yet been able to find the specs for the bow...

They went out of business beginning of '09. That guy on eBay bought up all the parts and he has lots of info on them too. Best bet is to contact him with any questions.
