Turkeys with a bow! I tried it for the first time last year and had so much fun! I drilled one opening day on a double with my brother and then missed one TWICE the very next morning! Go figure!
Anyway I think I am going to give it another try this year!

PS... If you are using a blind make sure your top cam isn't going to hit the roof! Or you will likely end up with a leaky blind and a missed turkey! Just my tip of the day!

I just really enjoy shooting turkeys in the face. I'm stickin' with my shotgun.

Yeah. Last year I stuck with it for about two weeks then brought the scattergun out. It's very hard to turkey hunt with a bow and not use a blind. But I couldn't take much more of sitting in that blind.

I may end up bow hunting some, my 12 yr old says once he kills the first of the year with his Benelli, he's then pulling out the Bow! We will see??? Im good either way!

Every year I say I'm gonna get one with my Benelli and then switch to the Hoyt. But I always end up stickin with the shotgun lol. Maybe this year....maybe

Thats the plan this year. Ive said that I wont pull the 835 out till I arrow a tom but never stuck by it. This years different. Minds made up and the bow is tuned and ready to see some feathers fly!

Just got a bow at the 'vous, so no I won't...maybe this fall or next spring, after hundreds of shots worth of practice. The guillotine looks like a lot of fun.

Yep, it's my favorite way to hunt them. I usually try to take 2 of the 4 with my bow.
