Who's willing to admit.....

I only hunt TN, so that is what I always have in mind when responding to such questions. I forget that people hunt other states :D !

The shooter needs to be aware of that possibility, and wait for them to separate.

Yep. You gotta pay attention to that.

That's what I guess the GW would say if it happened and I had to explain it. Seems like the shooters fault for not waiting for them to separate, even though it happened unintentionally.

If something like that did happen, in all honesty I would probably fillet one bird and leave the carcass in the woods, and tag and check in the other bird.

Uh yep me too, different state and 3 were flopping after a single shot! It was on my Birthday to boot, good day fo sho!

If I had been able to pull it off.....I'm openly admit to it. What bout you?

Heck...I have yet to even kill my 1st bird

I was just curious as it happened to a friend last year and he was horrified that the GW would show up.

The right thing to do is check both birds. explain to a GW what happened and take the punishment.

I guess that wouldn't be all too bad an idea either.

Either way if I even get lucky enough to have 2 gobblers within the line of fire I will wait for them to part a good distance.

my physical therapist when I was younger did that and called the game warden, told them he accidentally killed two, and they came and wrote him a ticket.

I think it is plain dumb you can only kill one bearded bird per day. The bag limit is 4 if I want to end my season of killin in one day looks like it should be my choice. Hope that idiotic rule changes some day.

I was thinking about that yesterday. As high as gas prices are, would save me a lot of money potentially.

I absolutely agree with the yearly limit, but i think you should be able to take more than 1 a day.

Shoot. You can shoot 3 does a day, but i guess they consider that you probably wont call them back after the first shot :)

Just my opinion

amen brother, i could have been very close to tagged out yesterday, what makes no sense to me is in the fall you can flock shoot all the birds you have tags for in one sitting but in the spring they act as if they are a totaly different and special animal that you can only kill one per day. makes no sense
