There is nothing better that a hunter can do to help ensure the future of hunting than puting a kid on a bird. All my little brothers are not so little anymore and this will be the last year I have one to take on the juvy
( He's 16, 6'5" 200 lbs!, talk about hard to hide :D ) I'll have to hunt someone else's kid down and takem next year ! Just wondering who all was planning on taking someone and how you know em ?

I am taking my son but i get to hunt to.We are going to hunt the fort so we both get to carry a gun and maybe get a double but as long as he gets one is all that matters to me.

ive got a9 and 8yr old and i still dont think either of them are ready. they have the attention span of a 2yr old.

Since, I suck so bad at turkey hunting a good friend from the site offered to take my son and I to a family farm in Rutherford County. Thanks Buddy it really does means a lot to us.

I am taking my 10 year old. He has 2 jakes under his belt but hoping to put put a rope beard under his belt this year. Hope he gets drawn for the LBL youth hunt also, never turkey hunted there but maybe I can find a good spot for him if he gets drawn.

I may take a guy's son that i work with. I took him one day last year during the regular season and he killed a jake. Haven't set it up yet though.
