Tascos not put the timestamp on my pics. I have three and only one still does.

I am not sure because I have never owned one but...
When you go through your camera settings and make adjustments you want... I know you hve to push the "OK" button or the settings will return to default.
Also, one other thing, be sure you are using a ScanDisk SD cards and the batteries have plenty of voltage. Many times low battery voltage will disrupt "normal" camera operations.
