i think i posted that somewhere on here a half a dozen years ago.

lol i made this with a large wild turkey breast for myself as my wife and other 2 kids didnt "like" wild game. i came home from work and they were chowing down on it for lunch. i just looked at them and they said this is awesome. i said i thought you didnt like wild game. you ought to have seen their faces, now they always ask me "is that wild stuff" when i cook. just goes to show for the ones that say they wont like wild game, "just dont tell them what is is and watch them lap it up"

back at ya, i saw one of those sous vide thingys in a movie a couple of years ago and thought i would never buy one but after seeing how well you use it, NOW I WANT ONE.

here is another site i found some info on making acorn flour(a coworker of mine wife was from the indian tribe that was their tradition. i think this may be one of Posers buddies but im not sure.
