I have to give a big thumbs up to Wildgame Innovations. I bought one of the IR4�s and the compact X6CG in November and was really excited about using them. At first my pics were great but then the X6 just started acting crazy. It finally died and the screen would not even come on. I contacted their customer service department and they gave me a return number to send it back for repair. Well about 2 weeks later I get home and have a package from them. They replaced my X6 with the new IR8X, with the 6 volt battery and charger! I cant wait to see how it does, its supposed to be a great camera.

I have one that done the same exact thing. I guess I need to give them a call. I bought mine in november as well.

I have one I bought in November as well, and I called today and got a RA number. He said they would send a new one, didnt even ask what was wrong with it. Hope I get a upgrade as well!!

They must be having some pretty serious issues with the X6. I really loved the size and the ease of use, but I got to have one that will work consistently.

It's good that a company reacts quickly and well to product failures, but I wish these companies would produce cameras that don't fail so frequently.
