I noticed at Wal-Mart 2 different Wildview Cams. One is a flash model with a 1.3 MP for $39 and the other is an IR model 2.0 MP for $59. I know these are cheap cams but was just wondering if anyone has any experience with them? Thanks for any info!

I'm sure you know this but read some reviews on line and pay attention to any customer service comments.

I saw the $39 one and have thought about buying it.

I love my wild view, but i did buy the aux 12 volt batt. Now I get months out of it without recharge. Regular c batteries dont last long in it.

I have a wildview ezcam, its 2 years old and i've been useing it ever since and it has never missed a beat, not the best battery life or pic quality but for $39 can't beat it.

I owned the $40 model and for the money it did a real good job, never had a problem with it till I had it in a creek bed that flooded

Have two in the woods now. Trigger Speed could be better, but hey, it's a $40 camera. I just can't see leaving a $200 camera out there. I have already lost 2 Tree Stands.

Depends on what kind of batteries and what the tempurature is. I get a couple of weeks out of a set of rechargables, maybe a month out of some duracells. If it's cold it's less. I would like to go with an external battery, but I'm not 100% sure mine are compatible.

The thing you have to remember when buying a camera in my opinion is what you want out of that camera. If you want portraits for your wall then these two cameras probably won't fit the bill. If you want to know what's on you property then why pay extra? I bought the %59 one and I have it out right now. I'll be checking it this weekend and I'll try to let you know how it works. My only concern is battery life when I buy a camera, but then again, I only want to know what is there...not frame it. Come to think of it I bought it from a tndeer member at Walmart in Jamestown...Splitter

Thanks for the info guys! Ive got a couple of more expensive cams and think Im going to these 2 cheaper cams. I know you get what you pay for, but if either of these cams will take a pic I will be happy if they last one season!
