Do they still make these? When I do a search for them I get a result with a box saying DoubleX. Did they rename them? I don't buy turkey shells all that much so I don't keep up with who makes what. I was a fan of the Supreme shells.

I think they are the same. It is the same amount of shot and velocity as the others.

I named mine Black Death as they were devastating on turkeys out to 50+ yds for me. They are one of the reasons I never got on the bismuth kick. If I could pay around $1.00 apiece (less if purchased after the season at Wallyworld, and kill them as far as I would consider shooting, why pay $3.00+ apiece for the bismuth.

They are my favorite shell by far. My 11-87 loves the 1 3/4 in 5s.

Good to know. Thanks guys. The two turkey I got during fall season absolutely crumpled when I shot. They performed exceptionally well. #5 shot was amazing on those birds.

one of the very best shot shells ever produced, imo the best

I love the copper coated blacks, have plenty on inventory

I'm still using the leftover Supreme and just killed my farthest at 50 yards with it, I love the shells too and they are affordable. When I run out, I'll switch to the double x because they are supposedly the same shell just maybe with a slightly different wad.
