WMA and Youth Turkey?

Are all WMA's open to the youth hunt even though the season is 2 weeks later than regular opener?

You have to look at the specific regulations per WMA.

The counties with later start dates also have later juvenile hunts. Juvenile weekend IS NOT this weekend in those counties.

As for WMAs in other counties that have delayed seasons specific to that WMA, check the regs for your specific WMA but the ones I looked at still have the juvenile hunt "same as statewide season" — so starting tomorrow.

I do not believe the WMAs in the nine late starting counties are open this weekend.

Go to the wma interactive map. Click on the wma and go to specific regulations.

Nope, we hunted Laurel Hill last year and it is now later in April.

I hope the delayed season helps....cause the birds were scarce.
