Ok my Cherry crystal classic took a dump this morning. Sounds like something came loose in there. Anybody ever sent one back to be fixed? They cost too much to just trash, I hope anyway

They are the worst, happy to sell you a new one but that's where it stops. I left them in the dust when the surface came off because of a crappy glue job, no fix just charge me again for a new call

Hmmm that's not what I was hoping to hear :( I really liked that call but not enough to buy another one after this one failed for no apparent reason. If that's the response I get anyway

They may be different now or to you. It's always worth a try

I have one in my vest that has been the death of many a turkey . the crystal under the glass came loose and would rattle real bad I just took a metal rod that would fit in the tone holes and lightly bumped it and got it apart I then took some 5 min epoxy and glued everything back together it is good as new again.

I've got a cherry classic crystal that is nice and sounds good but was over priced when I bought it has has increased $20 since then, but that's neither hear nor there. I stepped on it once and broke the glass. I sent it back and they put a new piece on for $10 I think. If mine wasn't so rough looking at this point I'd sell it and buy a Lonzo. As it is, I'll just save up and buy a Lonzo.

Good news. They said to send it back and they would fix it. $25 at the most if it cost anything at all. She said they would call and let me know

Yes they should fix it for free though. I used to love woodhaven, but no longer do.

I have had their slate/aluminum/or glass calls fall apart and they always fixed them for free. But I got tired of them falling apart all the time so I no longer use them. Great sounding call though.

They also gave me a new "real crow" for free after my 1st one quit working. Great sounding crow call, but don't last long. Second one didn't even last a season.

I quit using all Woodhaven products about 8-10 years ago. Back when they just built a few out of their shop, and were only sold locally in Heflin, Alabama they were hard to beat. When they became popular, all of their products quality slipped alot. Still sound good, but for the price they just aren't durable enough.

I stepped in my crystal classic and shattered the glass a few weeks. I'm not hoping for a free new one but hopefully they'll fix it for at least a nominal fee. I have to say, it's the best sound call in my vest. That's why I want to somehow keep it.

Mine just came loose I suppose. The lady told me it would be $25 repair fee if it was something I did. I would've been happy either way

I blow nothing but woodhaven diaphrams. I've had the same Copperhead II for 8 seasons and got 78 kills with it before I lost it 2 weeks ago. I have never bought one of their other style calls. Glad they came through for you.
My next slate/glass call will be a Duel call.
