THE WAY I UNDERSTAND IS THAT EACH YEAR YOU ARE UNSUCCESSFULL YOU RECEIVE 1 POINT. AS OF 3 YEARS AGO, THERE IS NO MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF POINTS, SO IF YOUR NOT IN THE 3 POINT CLUB NOW YOU CAN PRETTY MUCH FORGET ABOUT GETTING DRAWN FOR PRESIDENT'S ISLAND FOR A LONG TIME. ALL THE PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU IN POINTS HAVE TO CYCLE THRU.

same here. they had to redo my license because I didnt spell every thing out to them as 'she' was doing it. I wouldnt trust them with the quota stuff.
