I recieved a HHA dial sight for xmas last year. I mounted it awhile back but just shot with it yesterday. 6 shots and its dialed in from 0 to 60. I am impressed HHA. You do as advertised. Very pleased!

I didn't like the HHA due to the heavy weight but I did like the single pin slider part of it. I ended up trying a CBE Tek Hybrid single pin. It has all the things I liked about the HHA's single pin...and best of all, it lacked the heavy weight.

If you think the green fiber is bright...you should see the blue fiber with a light on it. That will be my target setup for sure. I shot with a guy Saturday that had a blue fiber with an LP light kit and I couldn't believe how great it looked in the low light and that it didn't starburst in the bright sun.

Bought a HHA at the end of last year, mounted it and got it sighted in at 20 now got to setup my range for 60. Love the single pin slider. Just a little heavy but I will deal with it.

My issue with the slider (never had one just looking at it this way so maybe i am wrong) is the additional movement or a fast moving hunt.

a yote or a deer busts into your spot out of nowhere and is at 20yds, you need to shoot quick but your sight is set on the 40yd distance. would have to move it to the 20 before you could shoot....so you do that and the deer or yote runs out to 30 or 40 chasing something and stops. again you have to move the distance setting before you can shoot. I just fear this will at some point cost me a shot somewhere.

i really like the idea of a single pin though.

Im dead on at 24yrds and il only shot out to 35yrds so i no exactly how much to aim to correct for the distance. Ive never even used the slider part of it.

Completely understand your thought process REN. I have gone over this in my head a hundred times, but my plan is to set my pin at 25 yds and know my drop from there out to about 35 yds. Any further and I don't really feel fully confident in that shot at this time on a deer.

Im gonna leave it on 20 while i hunt. If something quick happens i have my arrow drop written down and posted on the inside of my bow.

Muddy that's a good idea but its still something you have to look at and process before you shoot.

Again no knock on one as I don't have one and in the end it may never cost a shot. The positives may out weight the negatives though.

I leave my single pin sight set at 25 yards. At 40 yards there is an 11" drop and 15 yards its about 1" high. I practice hold over shots at 40 yards in the off season.

I had thoughts about the HHA & done a lotta searches to get an idea of what ther about, the HHA seemed to be the crowd favorite for quality, killer customer support & made in the good ol USA, but I wound up buy'n a Tru Glo range rover for less than half the price, the TG seems pretty good for what I need, mounts solid, pretty smooth movement & the pin (.19) is nice & bright.

The only thing that gets my attention is a tiny bit of slack in between the pin mounting bracket & the arm the moves it up & down, probably wont be an issue because about 35 yards is my limit but with the faster & flatter shooting bows they make now days it mite make a difference in accracy farther down range.

But plan on get'n my hands on a HHA & do a comparison, will let ya'll know what I find out.

That's what I took off my bow. The range rover is a good sight but the HHA is cream of the crop.
