Ha! Made you look!

Just enjoyed watching the bottom of the 9th and the Yanquis shut out by the upstart Astros.

Yankee fans booing their own players. What a classy bunch. You'll never, ever see that from Cardinal fans. Glad to see the evil empire sent home.

I used to be a die-hard Yankees fan, but I quit watching baseball about 11 years ago. Games are too slow to hold my interest, and with 162 games in a season... geez it's just boring to me now days.

When the heck did the Astros move to the American League?

I've been a braves fan all my life so I do watch baseball.

Houston has a X brave fan favorite on the team catcher Evan gattis.

Yankess also have a X brave fan favorite catcher Brian Mccann.

So I thought that was kinda cool. Glad the Yankess lost never been a fan.

Listening to a sports show this morning and they mentioned the game. I immediately thought, "Wow, now they're doing inter-league playoff games :D ? "

I'm a life long Reds fan and have been since the Big Red Machine of the 1970s. Family was all Indians and my hometown was split down the middle between the Tribe and Pirates. I follow the Indians and still cheer for the Reds. Sort of adopted the Nats while we were living in NoVA. Reds were awful this year and the Indians not much better. Nats were a huge disappointment, but I wasn't that surprised. I still follow baseball, but don't watch much anymore. Didn't even make it to a game this year. I like the one game wild card and then will pay attention to the World Series, but other than checking the standings during the course of the year and occasionally having a game on for background noise in the summer, my baseball will be my son's games and practices.

I have been a Cardinal fan since I was a kid playing little league and my uncle would go to St. Louis to games and bring me back souvenirs. I try to make at least one home game a year, and obviously watch the rehabbers and prospects play with the Redbirds in Memphis. I also get pretty much every game on Fox Sports TN. I couldn't care less about the NFL, NBA or any other pro sport but I am a huge baseball fan.

Growing up in Miami there was only one choice, Yankees.

In Los Angeles, it was the Dodgers, since the Angels were just Pretenders and if you ask me, Mike Scioscia should be fired.

In Memphis, first the Braves and now the Cards. We traveled to St Louis and caught the August weekend set when the Cards swept the woefully inept Braves. Grichuk is going to get 80 home runs a season if he can stay off IR.

I would not be surprised if the Braves Coach was job hunting. Next year the stands are going to be empty, like the Marlins and Rays.

I really like Baseball. Both my boys did well in High School ball. One is a Braves fan and the other a Cards fan. So Far, only small amounts of blood have been shed.

I'll be pulling for the Cubbies tonight. Living in the sticks, we could only dream of cable tv. Once it was available, it was the Braves and Cubs every day. As kids we thought that's why cable was invented. I'm guessing it was around 1980-'82.
