I did not include the bird I called in at 930 am because really it hurts to watch and makes me mad to think about...lol

The video starts where me and Zach struck a gobbler and almost had him killed... then the jakes

great footage. That first gobbler looked to be dead to rights. Did the wad bounce off the jake to the left of the one you shot? It def hit something the way it shot way off to the left.

Don't take any offense to this, but I truly wonder what that Jake would have been like in a couple years. Honestly this is the first multi bearded Jake that's been brought to my attention, is this uncommon? Plus he was a heavy weight, like you already noted.

he would have been a stud for sure. Zach has killed a 4 beard tom off this same property in the past. I bet some of those other jakes will be jumbos next year too.

As for cooking I've got the legs in the stock pot right now. Should be done in 2 or 3 hours. Breast will all get deep fried along side some catfish, jalapeño bacon cheddar hushpuppies, maybe some French fries and okra, whatever I feel like cooking

I don't think it did. It comes out like a pinwheel so I guess it just caught the air and spun out to the side.
