Your favorite easy tenderloin recipe?

Beef - Trim up well to remove all silver skin. Rub all over with the minced garlic in olive oil. Salt and pepper liberally. Ideally season a few hours before cooking. Cover with seran wrap in fridge. Remove from fridge 30min before cooking. Estimating the timelines on those.

Put in pellet grill on 180 or low smoke setting for 1hr. Then turn up to 375 and roast until internal temp 120. Pull and tent with aluminum foil. Allow to rest at least 15min before slicing. Serve with raw or prepared horseradish. Enjoy!

Blackened using this recipe, seared and put in the oven at 350 for 5 min.

Serve with eggs over medium.

Alton Brown's chipotle-honey-lime pork tenderloin is about the only way I have cooked them for over 15 years.
 
Easy?
Wrap in bacon, sear 2 mins each side in hot cast iron skillet with bacon grease (olive oil will work)
Trasfer to preheated 400 degree oven, finish for 7-10 mins or until 129 internal.
Transfer to plate, scrape bottom of skillet and use drippings for au jus sauce .
