Yep. I eat more crappie than bream since I catch a lot more crappie and there is more meat per fish, but pound for pound bream is tastier to me. I give away some crappie fillets to family, friends, and coworkers, but I am stingy with my bream!

I spider rig a lot. For me, my electronics are the key. It's not hard to find fish, mark the fish, and stay on top of them. Of course, some days for whatever reason, they just will not bite. Guess that's why they call it fishing and not catching. I do some jigging in the spring, but my freezer stays full from spider rigging.
