From a production standpoint Addison had more receptions, rec yards, and TD's than Jameson Williams albeit was likely against worse competition but the awards these days tend to be solely driven by stats. He still had to get open, catch the footballs, and do the other things to produce those stats and the award seems well deserved.
As long as Williams stays healthy he will be a millionaire in a few months while Addison is still in college.
