That is the most crowded event I have ever intended! It is amazing. I'll probably go this year, but missed last year.

I havent been since pre-china disease and doubt I go this year. For several years I was on a pro staff for a call maker and worked the shows. It was fun for a few years but the new kinda wore off it lol.

It is crowded on Sat but if you get there early on Friday it is not as bad.
I'm going to go. I'll be the guy in the Mossy Oak sweatshirt and Kurt Bush hat. My wife will have a few layers of makeup on and a badazzles belt buckle. Can't miss us!! Say hi if you see us.

Was good before turkey hunting was cool. NWTF might have had a big hand in helping turkeys recover, but they are also playing a big part in people not being able to find somewhere to hunt.

Think we have been 4 times in all, spent the night at the opryland hotel one of those times. Last time we went it was insane, said never again.

I'll never voluntarily give the nwtf another nickel, plus that show is a perfect display of all the garbage being used now to undermine the sport
They had a big hand in advertising and raking in money so their ceo, and board could live a great lifestyle while the states were boots on the ground rebounding the turkeys! Nwtf is good at taking credit and money while doing nothing, they kick in a little money here and there to the states, put on a few hunts and tv shows , than rake in millions through banquets and memberships.

I can't take any hunting organization seriously that still tries to feed us the BS about "hunter numbers declining" so they can recruit more people (get more member$hip$) to hunt in fewer available acres to hunt.
Quit paying my dues when they gave The Hunting Public "Communicator of the Year" award in 2022. THP and those like them have caused more loss of public land turkey hunting opportunity than any anti-hunting organization ever will.
Definitely, and I'll be there next month.
