What is fatty-burger roll? Sounds like something worth trying.

Fairly easy recipe. Smoke it slow around 210 - 225...

I like your smoker. and fatty looks great, always wanted to do that. Dont know if you noticed but there is a Big a** BUG or something heinous on the left side of your smoker.
