Gonna have some time during my next trip to work on the house to do some fly fishing.
Probably a week and a half from now.
Never fished the SO Ho.
Anyone got any tips for finding access?
Yes, I know how to use googlešŸ˜€

See if this won't get you started...

Yeah, gave it a shot.
Stayed at a place called Paw Paws Fishin Pad outside of Bluff City.
Learned my lesson about generating and flows. Didn't even attempt to get in the River. A steady stream of drift boats though.
Got out wading the next morning after the river dropped 3-4 feet.
Whoa was that water cold.
A few fish rising in the morning.
Got the old skunk ola.

tons of drift boats on SOHO. really too many. there is a piece of TVA land on River Bend road you can access the river from. it is a good walk but has a nice trail. Also on Big Springs road is a TWRA access, dont let the boat ramp fool you, there is a trail that runs up the river. The fishing slows down when the eagles start flying though.
