Gamefisher outboards.

Good luck. Sears always changed a couple of OEM parts so you would have to buy those parts from Sears. When the parts were gone, you are outta luck. This was from a supplier of power tools for Craftsman/Sears.
 
If you can't find replacement parts , may consider taking the old parts to a machine shop to make new ones. Might cost more than the motor is worth , depends on how attached you are to the old motor
Well the motor runs. Just need to be able to control the throttle. And it's tough to find any 15 hp motors under 3,000 rn
