I went this morning, a perfect morning for gobbling and hearing and it was quiet in West TN. Does anyone have a better gobble report.

It was dead as an anvil on my farm this past weekend. Listened for a little while in the morning and was outside working all day and nary a peep. I still see toms on cams but they for sure weren't talking. That being said, breeding will continue...it's the gobbling that may dwindle.

Not dead here. They been burning the woods down. Found 2 toms 2 sundays ago and got back on them this past Saturday and Sunday. Sunday they went the opposite way 10 min after fly down and never heard another peep. Saturday they roosted opposite side and went to the field this time so I chased em down and he finally came back to me about 9 but I didn't feel comfortable about the shot (50-60yrd) a group of jakes ruined that. Sunday I setup to cut them off where they had stayed most of Saturday but once again after fly down the jakes had their way once again.

Turkey hunting is 90% finding turkeys and more importantly finding unpressured turkeys. I've found so many unpressured turkeys lately on public ground that I've caught more fish than normal this spring.
Haven't herd any gobbling since opening wknd where I hunt except on the roost. Worst year in 28yrs hunting

3 birds in 3 days last week. Just starting around here, by that I mean the killable phase not the henned up completely garbage phase

I hope not, got a handful of days to get out up here and maybe, but unlikely a quick trip down there. Been a tough one up here. Partly because the birds and partly other factors like weather, holidays and going ons…
There appears to be one Tom left in the holler. He gobbles every morning several times and my kids hear him on occasion during the day. I see him every afternoon when I get home from work in the neighbors field with 5-6 hens so I guess he's still busy with them.
Hens are spread out. Went Saturday and Tuesday, covered tons of ground, heard one gobbler and he was a few properties over. Sumner county

It has been silent for the past five days here, but I heard one gobbling about a quarter mile from the house at 1:30 this afternoon. Set up first time and he answered me twice. I moved up and ran into this. He was 52 inches long. Kinda put a damper on my enthusiasm after that.

I would have personally used a different adjective but that's one way to describe him…wow!
I've not heard a single bird in KY this week. I just knew this morning would be the morning. Every other avian species is on 10 except the one I'm listening for.
I can hear well over a mile from this vantage point, it's a bluff that overlooks a organic dairy. * I can even hear the roosters at the neighbors place that is just shy of 2 miles from here. Crystal clear and crisp morning with no wind. I would have lost this bet but it's still a beautiful sunrise.

Haven't been in a few weeks but hope to this weekend and next.
I just got back from VA and they were HOT there. 4 and 5 gobblers sounding off from the roost each morning (public land)
I plan to hunt the last 2 weeks in TN regardless if they are gobbling or not. You only get so many Springs fellas.

We haven't heard or seen a turkey on our place in 2 weeks. Unfortunately.

Lot fewer toms left to hunt at this point, and many left alive have been hunted to the point where they don't gobble. But toms are still breeding renesting hens and jennies are just about to breed for their first time.
Usually mornings are key, as by the afternoon they have focused more on feeding to regain weight lost from the past month. If one gobbles, he is def killable. Just have to grind it out this time of the year.
