Congrats, my late uncle always said that flat head catfish were great to eat no matter how big they got, I could never disapprove that but he had a head I weighted and it was over 20lbs , not sure how big it was as this was before phone camera's . there are some huge cats in Norris lake and I learned a long time ago to use quality hooks and careful selection of limbs, I haven't put out a limb line or trot line in over 20 years probably.
