Looks like I'm a bit late to the story, but nice pronghorn and a great tale. Hope you're enjoying WY life. I've been out there 3 times and miss it every time I return.

Congrats on the antelope and hoping Lucky has found a new home.

I'd say she has. It's been a few months since she found us and no signs of anyone putting much effort into locating her.

She also makes a good hiking buddy with our lab Noble.

She also made the trip back to TN with us. Turns out she likes TN whitetail blood

I've also got another story that involves Lucky, my wife hunting migrating mule deer and a beautiful landscape. I'll share it soon

Beautiful country....I would have loved to plan to move out there around age 20 and spend 20 years doing fun stuff and making a living. I dont think I would be any better or worse off than slaving away in 3 states for past 30+ years!

I went ahead and did a euro for her, for the time being until she (my wife) decides if she wants a shoulder mount or not.
I think the plan is to eventually have a trio (me, my wife and daughters) of pronghorn mounted on a piece of juniper.
