Just got one. Any suggestions on a choke and shell? I'm not picky, and I don't reload tss. (Wouldn't mind trying one day though)

As far as shells, I'd go with Hevi Shot Magnum Blend, Hevi 13 or Winchester Longbeards. Here is an article on different chokes and the longbeard shells if you go that route:
