1st report on RAGE

my rage practice blade flies just like my field tips, I've only slung one rage in the field but it was devistating. My girlfriend killed one with them last year as well, and it made for an easy tracking experience for her first one.

Were waiting hook!!!

Thats what I have been saying for 2 years :) Just wait til you actually smack a deer with one, the destruction will blow your mind!

My 100 grain muzzy's and 75 gr thunderheads fly just like my field tips. EXACTLY! I shoot an arrow that with everything weighs 500 gr and moves along at a mere 275 fps.

Well Hh I dont know what your shooting...but I've shot 100gr muzzies for the last 10 years and EVERY year I have to tune my bow to the broadheads to get accurate and consistant groups. Muzzy is a great bh...but I'm ready for a change.

I shoot a PSE Dakota pullin just over 70 lbs. I shot another PSE for years that pulled 80 lbs with 50 percent letoff and heavy arrow setup that shot broadheads great once I went to thunderheads. Thunderheads and muzzy's shoot great for me even at 280 fps, the fastest I have gotten a 500 gr arrow setup to shoot.

You'll love 'em Hook.

I've slung them for 2 year now. Wow, what big holes they make. Mine also fly just like my field points. People hate when I tell this, but I walked into a bow shop going out of business and all bow accessories were 50% off.

I walked out with 7 packs of Rage 2 for $17.50 per/pack. :D

Here is an entrance hole.

I had two packs of them that I got on a similar deal...when Legends in Athens went out, I got 2 packs for half off. I was going to hunt with them last year and never got to draw back on a deer the whole archery season. And a few months ago I decided to sell both packs, because I wasn't planning on shooting a 100 grn head this year. Sold them for like $20 a pack. Well I couldn't find a 75 or 85 grain head that I liked, so I am back at shooting 100 grns again and now wish I would have kept those Rage heads.

I shot a groundpig one time with the Snypers (which are basically the same) and it left quite a hole in that rascal.

I just bought two packs at BPS to other week. And I am glad to hear all the possitive information on them. thanks

lol ill give anybody my address if they will send me 100gr. rage 2 blades lol best broadheads ever

I see lots of shots broadside but wonder how they do with quartering shots. Seems the steeper the angle the less likely they would be to open I'm hardcore SlickTrick shooter btw.

Anyone with experience or pics of a steep angle shot??
