If you have not registered, do so HERE . The last day to register is June 30.


The contest will begin July 1 and end September 27. The winners will be announced October 5.

No editing of any kind is allowed. This also includes cropping. Your entry must belong to you.

The contest will be judged by FIREMANJIM, Master Chief, and timberjack86

There will be two categories ("IR" and "Color") each having the following sub-categories:
1.) "Monster Buck"-Not necessarily the biggest buck
2.) "Pure Awesomeness"-Could be anything unordinarily cool like a hawk attacking a mouse
3.) "Dime a Dozen"-most deer in one pic
4.) "Picture Perfect"-Prettiest pictue
5.) "wait....Wuhhht??"-craziest/funniest pic


You may only enter two photos, one IR and one Color. To enter a photo use the following format:

Category-IR
Sub-category-Monster Buck

The picture will only be judged on how well it fits into the chosen category.

Enter your pictures towards the end of the contest to prevent a build up of non-entry photos.

I may only enter two photos, one for each category, IR and color. What about sub-categories? can I enter one for each sub-category?

No, you can enter a total of two pictures. One must be color and the other IR. You can enter your color picture into any of the five sub-categories, the same goes for IR.

Do the pictures have to be taken during the contest time frame, July 1 thru September 27

Ok, here's a sequence entry, cleared with the judges I believe. ;) I think it's pretty funny. Entered under No. 5 wait...Whutt? Funniest pic-Color. These twin spikes had been sparring all around my mineral site, and getting fairly aggressive, for this early anyway, and then it happened...

Contest ended on September 27 and the results were suppose to have been announced on October 5th.

I am taking off the sticky and letting this one back out in the general population.
