2024 Kill Thread

Nov 20 for the 9pt
Hunted him pretty hard. He was number 3 on the shooter list. Hit the number 2 with Xbow but he lived for a few more weeks before pulling a disappearing act like my bucks usually do along with number 1 that also vanished . If they made it they will come back to the plots in a week or so from now.
The fox has been something on my list of wants for 30 plus years. 308 130ish yards. He was jumping on rats in the plot when I got him .
That's a nice buck brother, congratulations.

It would take trail cam photos like those to get me out during a Dec. rain! Nice buck! Did he break off sticker? I can't see it.
What county?
Agreed! There's nothing special about muzzleloader hunting in a cold December rain 🤣. He didn't break off the sticker. I guess I was in a hurry to take a picture because it was 30 minutes back to base camp between walking and riding. Then I had to drive another 40-minute round-trip to pick up my buddy to help me because I had a torn rotator cuff and couldn't load him in a wet SXS with one arm...and it was five minutes until dark! The things we will do to get a big buck . But it appears I sure did found the perfect angle to make the sticker disappear.

To answer your other question, I was in Christian County, just NE of Crofton.
