So I have been reloading 6.8spc and now want to reload 223.
I know all components are hard to find right now.
I have brass, bullets and primers.
I will be using hornady 55gr vmax, cci 400 small rifle primers and was thinking Vihtavuori N135 (because I know where to get some).

Anyone have any experience with this powder? Or can you recommend anything else that might be available?

Varget if you could get it,,H335 works very well also, heck just about anything on the burn rate chart between 4198 and 4064 should work, some just a little better than others,my 16 inch really likes 322 in the lighter bullets,,but I am switching all my 223 ammo to the 69 Sierra and 25 grs Varget as I shoot and reload my brass,,that way I will be able to pick up either of my 223 rifles and ammo will interchange.

RL7 is available around here, last I knew, as well as AA2230. Both are great 223 powders. I use 21.5gr RL7 under a 55gr Nosler Varmageddon for sub 1" groups out of my stock CCMG M4LE.

AA2230. If you can find it that is what I use with 23.5 grains pushing a 50gr Vmax and shooting .38" 5 shots groups. 2230 is cheaper than a lot of other powders but I have heard that Varget is great for 223 platform. I use it in my 308 and 7mm-08 so I dont want to waste any trying to test in 223. Also I'm not going to complain and keep testing when I'm shooting sub .5moa
