Couple more groups at various ranges. Once I had a decent dope chart I decided to go from 1000 to 300.

From there I went to 600, 800, 1000 all on steel with hits. Dropped back to 100 and shot 3. Ran it straight to 1000 again, and back to 100. Rifle stayed true thru all the dialing.

End of the day group at 100

Some other groups at 1000 and 800 tying to get a visual on my dope instead of hitting steel

Luckily the wind was down so extra guidance wasn't needed, but I know you said it can be a challenge. But it would have been great to catch up with you.

It felt good to take my own equipment, loads I made, and make hits without much fuss. Even had some hits on the small gong at 1000. Took Remi's 6cm and made 3 straight hits on it. Had my 223 and took it to 800. Just a fun day

Nothing like loading your own, and then crushing it when you finally get to test it out!

Finally got my can a month or so ago. Changed everything to mil from moa. My loads with virgin brass opened some with the can. Dropped .3 grains and tried once fired brass and also my original load. Each group was 10 shots.


41.5 gr once fired brass.

41.2 once fired brass

Need to make a slight correction on the scope and quit messing with it, it's time to start shooting.
