3 Years, 3 Decent Bucks, Little 30 Acres

heck yeah! Buddy of mine has a 30 acre lease in Ky. That small tract of land has produced some big uns. Surrounding crop land and the fact that some acres is thick as hair on a dog's back don't hurt.

Always amazes me to see small properties produce multiple big bucks. Those properties are rarities.
Surprised me to Bryan... but it's in the right spot as they say.. There is a 300+ acre farm on one side that was cut over 4 years ago, a 100 area farm on another side that is very lightly hunted by family, and a 200 acre farm across the road that is very quiet. I've got a great spot along the top of a ridge that contains a perfect saddle between 2 high spots and the deer roam though it from all compass points.. my place has deer year round, but it's really not buck habitat, just pretty hardwoods, but the good bucks show up from late Oct till just after Thanksgiving looking for the does.. :)

That's a super-cool set-up for sure!

Great deer, patience pays off. We have 32acres and hoping something decent for my 12 year old's first season pokes its head out in range
