Hard to say with any degree of certainty. It will vary depending on the camera, type of batteries used, average battery drain, the amount of photos you are getting, and how many are day versus night (night pics = flash = more battery usage), among other things. Too many variables to really know. If I were you and getting the pics were important, I'd err on the cautious side and install new batteries to erase that element of concern. My .02
