44 Magnum load?

Personally, I would not use Acc #2 for .44 mag. A fast powder that would have a lot of empty space in that big case. I have used #5 for moderate loads. My go-to has always been 22 gr of H-110 for hunting loads. Have used that load for 30 years! Drops deer like flies ... LOL.
As others have indicated H110 has much better availability than 2400.
I will say I went through my notes and I have a load that is 9.5grs AA #2 and a 300gr WFN that is remarkably accurate from my 7.5" SBH.
It's been awhile since I've shot that load though. I've been on a 240 and 270 kick the last bit.

COOL! I have LOTS of AA #2! I've located some H110 and will pick up a couple of pounds this week.
Well, at 9.5grs you can shoot for a long time on not a lot, lol.
Here is some reading with data at the bottom. The W296/H110 load will untie your shoes and clear your sinuses but they shoot quite good: http://www.sixguns.com/tests/tt44mag.htm

23.5 imr 4227 and the Speer 225 swchp is a heck of a load

I made a trip across the county to the Mom & Pop reloading store and got 2lbs of IMR 4227 and 2lbs of H110. I should be set for a long time now........ except they didn't let me leave with any grocery money. Ho Lee Cow! Seems like the last powder that I bought was in 2012 or so........ WHEW!!!!!
I forgot....... she gave me a 2024 Hodgdon loading booklet. That must have been what jacked the $$$ up so far

It hurts to sit down after buying primers and powder these days.
Accurate #9 is my goto for 44 mag. 20-22 grains for 240 - 200 gr xtp. I shoot those out of my Marlin rifle and my Smith and Dan Wesson 44's. I had a Blackhawk I shot so much that the ejector rod fell off.
I tried H110, it is a very dirty burning powder.
