Can you use the Ramshot reloading data. for Tac powder in 5.56mm for a 223 case?

Military (5.56) brass is slightly thicker, so less case capacity. There should be little to no difference on most data unless you are compressing your loads. I use both and have never had any problems mixing headstamps with the same load.

Just load it. Do development like you would any other cartridge.
