Neither of these teams look particularly properly prepared for the start of the season.

Of the games I have seen. Only Florida looks least prepared .

LSU will get better. They certainly did last year. Week 1 is hard to get a good read on a team. FSU looked pretty good though.

They look like the same team from last year to me. They are not better for sure. How they ranked them ahead of Tennessee is a mystery.
