I'm getting excited. Trying to be patient. These last few days can be grueling.

Not trying to spoil anything at all, and wish I still had the fire.
I was diehard since 10yrs old, I'm 52 now, and even went to school so I could have a job with 2 weeks off every month for hunting. Did that till 8 yrs ago. Bow hunting is my passion,but I loved it all. Last year my interest trickled and now I haven't shot my bow at all or checked my zero on rifles. Doubt I'll go, no health issues at all, but think I'm done.
I do like watching y'all post pics and stories and wish everyone a fantastic season!

For some reason I thought y'all's season always opened the 3rd weekend in Sept? I guess I was just assuming it came in this weekend.
Opens next weekend. I hold a lifetime license in GA and could have ran down there, but the grands are here so next weekend it is.
