I guess his blend was actually your blend? What a jerk.
I've talked to the company owner and he is confronting the person who supposedly sent it to him but he still won't give me their name or number .

It does suck, and I'd be mad too. But, once you put it on the internet, it's no longer yours.
People are gonna do what they are gonna do . But it is not ok to claim a picture as your own and then use that picture for business advertisement .

Agree, it's not a free for all just because you posted it online. It's free for all to see, but not free for all to claim/use as their own.

If you put it into the public domain without copyright protection, people can and will do with it as they wish. I'm not saying it's right, but it is reality.

However, there is nothing stopping the TN Deer Army from calling the company out on FB or on here for lying about their product unless or until they identify the person that sent them the picture.

I agree the guy shouldn't have done what he did,
but was wondering what's the possibility this person is a fellow member of your hunting club,
who may actually be using those particular minerals, possibly even believing that had something to do with the buck's antler growth?

0% we are on our own management plan since the club has started and nothing is put out without prior approval . The picture in question is off of a camera of mine and mineral lick I started .

Since they already stole them, will you post them again so I can see?

Agree....

That sucks they did that. Hope u find out who did it.

Its not cool... but I'm just not sure what the big deal is. Where you planning on making money off trail camera pictures?

Absolutely not , I don't care if anyone shares the pics etc. because we all know that's gonna happen . My issue was when someone was trying to make money off of other hunters by using a fake picture saying his product in some way produced that deer .
