Age and score please- updated

Given his brows are probably 4" and tines average 10", base girth 5", second & 3rd base 4", last girth 3", 21" beams, and roughly 18" spread, I got him kissing 140" in the arse. And I agree with everybody else on 5.5. He's a brute! Hope you get a crack at him!

My sentiments as well

He's dead. Came in to check out a 2.5yo thrashing willows an hour before dark.

I couldn't decide if he was 3.5 or 4.5 last year. Couldn't decide if he was 4.5 or 5.5 this year.

225.1lbs, 19.25inside, 24in beams, 5in bases, and 4in h3s. He broke off his right browtine, so he was only a 7pt. Left brow was only 3in, other tines around 8in.

Still scored 136.5 despite short tines... would have been right at 140 if he hadn't broken off his right g1.

Jawbone is pretty typical for our wear pattern for 4.5yos, but he was a good bit heavier than our typical 4.5yos (225 vs average of 200lbs)

Still can't make my mind up whether he was 4.5 or 5.5, but I am leaning more toward 5.5.

Great buck. Congratulations.

Congrats! I had a feeling that he might be dead. I still think there is enough wear on the last molar to suggest 5.5. With the jawbone which only shows minimal age and the trailcam pics, I still say 5.5.

Pretty deer. I have a similar issue with a heavy horn 11 pt that i think is 4.5. I havent even hunted the farm that i reside at because i dont want to be tempted and he always around on camera. Body looks 5.5 but teeth look 4.5. Thats the problem with aging deer- you cant ever check your answers.
