I aint been this pumped about turkey season in a LONG time! Maybe it's because my son is really fired up about it this year (he was playing baseball this past weekend so no juvi action). Or maybe it's because we seem to have a bunch of birds this year. Either way, I'm ready. Good luck to everyone, I hope yall have a great season!

I am as well. Just a word of caution. Try not to get too amped because things normally don't go as planned with these stupid birds.

I have to remind myself every spring that turkey season is a marathon and not a sprint (I'm posting this while sitting in my truck with windows down listening for a gobble at some new property I acquired ).
