Alabama Can Forget Playoffs!!

Probably 50% of the college football games played are won by a few points..... :party: FSU would be a good example of that???? :livid:

I'm sure you remember TN winning the N/C in 1998... There was a lot of luck involved just like with most teams that win a N/C. Auburn needed to return a missed FG for a 100 yards and a hail marry last season to win a N/C. Even "Jerry Jones" get's it right every once in awhile.... :drool:

Gator,I'm just pointing out that Alabama could easily have lost 4 games,they won by the skin of their teeth.Alabama can surely be beat by any of the other 3 playoff teams,they like alot from being invinciable!!

Bama lost one and won two close ones. If you think MSU was going to beat Alabama, you didn't watch the end of the game. That game wasn't in doubt. Maybe one day the vols will have something their opponents want, then, they'll get everyone's best game just about every week. Even when Alabama is down, a win against them means something. When the vols are down, it's just another game teams are supposed to win. That's the difference.

Most college football fans bicker back and forth about college football. Whose team is the best, who has the best players, stats records, so on and so forth. What I have noticed from Alabama fans is that they somehow hold themselves in higher regards as people seemingly just because they are Alabama fans. You come on here and make comments to make people feel inferior. Another Bama boy on here has self proclaimed that he is smarter than 95% of people in this country. And he may be IDK.

Im just a lowly ole Vol fan. If we win or lose, I dont consider myself to be above anybody or anything. Seems like some do though.
 
When the vols have something to really crow about, make sure you check here often. I can assure you that the things you're saying about Alabama fans will fit the vol fans to a tee. It's the way it is. I don't really try to make anyone feel inferior, but you haved to admit, as far as football goes in the last few years, it isn't hard to rub it in with the vols. That's what I was referring to with "inferior" remark. Who is the Einstein you mentioned?

Thanks for bringing up the quote...it was 90% not 95% and I have the education/diplomas to back it up. But this is a football discussion. I have never claimed to be an expert on football, I'm just a fan.

Meanwhile Alabama is #1 seed in the inaugural College Football Playoff and TN is barely bowl eligible. :)
