Almost a TARP

We were crappie fishing at my dad's pond this morning with 1/32 jigs and an ultralight.

Caught this guy.. 5lb 5oz, 21.75". Looks like she has already spawned. Took a few minutes to work her in to the boat, and we jumped on the bank for a picture and to weigh/measure it.

Biggest I've caught on light tackle!

ive been like ruger missing them by a 1/4 to 1/8 inch. my son told me last year that i need to keep a rubber mallet in the boat, lol, to beat another 1/4 inch out of it.
