Alum over glass

If you own one, how do you like it? I like my alum call, especially on those so common windy spring days, but just curious the tone the glass underneath would produce. Thx

Most pot calls use glass as the sound board under the calling surface. Look inside the sound holes on most any aluminum call and I bet you'll see a piece of glass inside. I like aluminum over glass just fine for most any situation.

Aluminum over glass is a great combination. The new craze is aluminum over an aluminum soundboard. These calls will flat out sing.
