When I had my 300WSM I had the same problem. I screwed the FL die down another turn until it would cam over and then all was well.
Agree with DA nickel brass is pretty but I'll pass on using it.

Update on my problems
It appears that the die that pushes in the bullet was out of adjustment and was pressing on the casing shoulders causing them to flare out. After adjusting it and resizing the brass they would chamber in my rifle and shot very well I might add.
My die was a full sizing die. Thank you all for your help.
