At that time, I was hunting a property with a lot of abandoned ag and pasture fields that had regrown into cedar thickets. So I used cedar scent on my clothes and boots. Not a chance I would have used skunk scent, although a lot of hunters did.

Killed my first buck in 1985 with 1/2 bottle of skunk scent poured around my stand. Guess it worked. Maybe i should try it again

I remember someone pouring it in the heaters in every hallway on all three floors at highscool in the early 90's,

I remember the skunk scent never used it. As I smelled of it and said no way am I putting that on anything. I did use fox urine and such it all stunk though. Now I mostly use size 40 BVD's heavily soiled

I remember the skunk, racoon and fox. We used the fox quite a bit back in the early 80s when I was a teenager. I've had to leave several articles of clothing out in the shed because my mom wouldn't let me bring it in the house. I don't know if it worked but it was potent.
