Does Antione have access to the SRS archives that could look up a serial number on an 1863 Sharps Carbine for me? The SN is in the 85000 range.

I don't see any resources for looking the serial number up on there. This is a Civil War era rifle.

It is in pieces. It won't be worth anything monetarily, but I'm pretty sure it was carried by my great, great, great grandfather who was a SGM in the 10th Tennessee Cavalry.
