In a river hopefully!
The reds sure do….
Over slot and a couple of " pigs get slaughtered " in the slot. Both 21-22"

Full of crabs!

I had a 30" roll on my shrimp fly in a flooded marsh. We watch him for about 20 min and then positioned my buddy's 22ft into position. His tail was massive.

A few mature trout but mostly smalls. High tides played hell on us along with dirty water from the tides

FAT reds!

Tides were ripping as well in MS producing a lot of sediment to muddy up my waters too.

What's crazy, we caught 4 slots and an 18 in flounder about 75y downcurrent of a deep hole on a straightaway with zero current breaks.

That's a first for me and I can't figure it out. Normally I find the fish in current breaks or eddies when the tide is ripping, or move all the way up they bayous to where they end to fish out of the strong current.

But these fish were just laying on the bottom right in the middle of the super strong current.
