anyone an hour around Lebanon want to hook up one morning and hunt?? I dont even care if I bring a gun, would just like to go see some new habitat and new birds. I can go pretty much any day till about 10 so if anyone wants to just take me along one day let me know...heck ill even buy breakfast :)

hahah Id actually love to but im not sure im in shape enough for your area lol. Normally this time of year I am running 50-60 miles a week but the cold has put a hurting on my cardio and I havent even run in 2 months. even still I may end up taking you up on it, im that interested in just seeing something different for a change.

I decided to stop running and started lifting weights instead. The difference I gained 30 lbs in 2 years and although I'm pretty ripped now it seriously impacted by mountain climbing carrying the extra weight and my cardio work has dipped. When I ran 4 days a week 6-8 miles each time I could dang near jog up a mountain side at 146 lbs and 6'1". Granted I looked like a cancer patient but I was in laughably good shape. Now at 177 lbs I'm struggling lol

Haha yeah I'm going back to weights now and less cardio and started doing more road biking instead of running to build my legs back up. Got a long way to go but getting there.
