arm guard or sleeve

what kind of arm guard or sleeve do yall use. looking to get one of these and just wanting to know which one of these do yall archery guys use.

If you want to save money you can cut the foot off of a sock and slide it over your arm.

yep...I only use one if I have a ton of clothes on, but I cut the foot out of an older brown wool sock.

I just use the $5 arm guard walmart sells,but I only use it when I practice,and or hunting,I always wear a long sleeve camo shirt.

Nope, don't use one...so dang warm in TN during bow season I've never had to wear anything but a light jacket so I really never thought about it...

Academy has a game winner brand for $3.99. Bought one Sat night, works great. My arm sweated bad in it yesterday though but that is to be expected as hot as it was.

I have a friend who use one of those neoprene knee braces. He gets one small enough to fit snugly, yet large enough to go over his jacket sleeve.

Both my early season and late season jackets have an arm guard built into the sleeve but I also have the armguard from Wal-mart that some other guys have mentioned. Also, be careful with an arm guard it will burn up a bow string if you are hitting it everytime

if you're hitting evertime I'd shorten draw length
