Arrow Length

i have 8 uncut arrows i need to get cut...my question is if i am thinking of buying a new bow and if i have the arrows cut to my current bow...will i be able to use the arrows on the new bow...

i dont want to cut the new arrows if i cant use them with a new bow

Usually your arrow length is around one inch less than draw length. check it on your old arrows.....

as long as the draw lenths are the same on both bows you should be ok.

so if my current bow is 28...and my new bow will be 28...then the cut length of the arrows is ok...i can still use them from one bow to the other

I cut my arrows so they extend 1" to 1.5" past the arrow rest .

You should be all right..... Especially If your using the the same rest. I shoot 28" also I switched 3 bows and arrows, worked on all 3.
